PAYMENT

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. 

 All prices on our site are based on the US dollar, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card. 

SHIPPING

We are a small business. Our pieces are made to order and packed with love and care by us. 

International orders are shipped via DHL only, usually within 7 business days. Transit time depends on the country you reside and customs process. For USA expect between 3 to 5 business days. 

Once the order is shipped, you will be notified with the tracking number. 

Please note that we are not responsible for payment of any customs duty that may be charged on the country of destination. 

It is important that the address you provide is safe and accurate. 

A signature is required against delivery. Cabinet Óseo is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier.

Due to Covid-19, we are fulfilling orders with more delay than usual. Please stay home and take care of yourselves and your loved ones.

 

RETURNS

All sales are final unless you receive a defective piece. 

If this unfortunately happens, please email us at info@cabinetoseo.com within 7 days of receiving the order to coordinate a return and we will provide a credit for a new purchase less any shipping charges. Include the order number and the item(s) you wish to return. 

They must be unworn and in its original packaging. 

We cannot pay for the return shipment cost and cannot be held responsible for lost items in returned shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
